The first week of June has turned out to be a packed one for smartphone launches in India. After May’s focus on flagship devices like the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and Vivo X300 Ultra, attention has now clearly shifted toward mid-range and budget offerings that cater to a wider audience.

Recent launches and announcements have brought in a mix of AI-powered features, improved battery life, high refresh-rate displays, and overall performance upgrades. Besides smartphones, the Xiaomi TV FX Mini LED series has also been introduced.

Here are some of the key devices that have launched or are part of this week’s rollout:
Motorola Edge 70 Pro+

Motorola has launched the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ in India on June 4, 2026. The Edge 70 Pro+ arrives as an upgraded version of the Edge 70 Pro. The phone features a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 5,200 nits peak brightness, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs on Android 16 and comes with three major OS upgrades and five years of security updates.

On the camera front, it sports a 50MP quad-camera setup including a Sony LYT-710 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens with autofocus, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and a 50MP selfie camera. The phone packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 15W wireless charging support. In India, it is priced at Rs 47,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.

Xiaomi 17T

The Xiaomi 17T was launched in India on June 4, 2026. It features a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3,500 nits peak brightness, and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

On the camera front, it offers a Leica-tuned triple rear setup with a 50MP main sensor, 12MP ultra-wide lens, and 50MP 5x periscope telephoto camera, along with a 32MP selfie shooter.

The Xiaomi 17T is priced at ₹59,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 512GB model costs ₹ 64,999. As part of launch offers, Xiaomi is providing an instant ₹5,000 discount on select bank cards (HDFC Bank, SBI Card, American Express, and ICICI Bank) or an ₹5,000 exchange bonus.

Lava Bold N2 5G

Lava has launched the Bold N2 5G in India on June 3, 2026, expanding Lava’s affordable 5G lineup. It features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch design. The smartphone runs on Android 16 and is powered by the Unisoc T8200 octa-core 6nm processor, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

For optics, it comes with a 13MP dual rear camera setup and a 5MP front camera. The device is backed by a 6,000mAh battery, offering long-lasting usage. In India, it is priced at ₹12,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, with a launch offer bringing it down to ₹11,999. It is available in Billionaire Blue and Regal Gold and will go on sale from June 9, 2026, at 12 PM via Amazon India.

Xiaomi TV FX Mini LED series

The Xiaomi FX Mini LED TV series was launched in India on June 4, 2026, alongside the Xiaomi 17T. The lineup is available in 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch variants, all featuring a 4K Ultra HD display with HDR10+ support, Filmmaker Mode, and Xiaomi’s Vivid Picture Engine 2. The TVs use full-array Mini LED backlighting with local dimming zones for improved contrast, deeper blacks, and brighter highlights.

They also feature Quantum MagiQ technology, combining QLED color reproduction with Mini LED precision, covering up to 93% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and supporting 1.07 billion colours. The larger variants (55-inch and above) additionally support 120Hz DLG Game Mode, Auto Low Latency Mode, and MEMC for smoother gaming and motion handling. The Xiaomi FX Mini LED series runs on Fire TV with access to more than 12,000 apps

In India, the series starts at ₹32,999 for the 43-inch model. The 55-inch is priced at ₹44,999, the 65-inch at ₹64,999, and the 75-inch at ₹84,999. The TVs will be available from June 11 via Xiaomi stores and Amazon India.
